Step 1) Buddy's Data is to be provided in excel format (Recommended).
Step 2) Schedule Portrait Day for your school.
Step 3) Portrait Day - We are here at your school ready with all the homework to be done by us.
Step 4) We send you a final ready PDF Portrait to approve the data & Photo matching.

Some important Tips for Portrait Day

a) Clothing
Colours - Clothes with a colour range of Dark to Medium & single coloured with at most very simple patterns can give proper look.
Writting - Avoid writing on the clothes as the words may get cropped after editing.
Male- Long Sleeved Shirts can give excellent & monotonous effect.
Female - Avoid accessories or at ost small accessories like earrings, pins, etc.

b.) Makeup / Grooming
Haircut - The haircut should be planned atleast two weaks before the Portrait Day.
Makeup - You can setup a very limited makeup session prior to start the Portraits. Sun Exposure - Limited exposure to sun as to decrease the tanning effect.
Nails - it should be cut & trimmed as hands are also covered in the portraits.

c.) Checklist
Check your hair and shirt collar at camera time.
Refresh makeup for a flawless portrait (for older teens).
Practice your smile.
Remember good posture.
Wear your best colors
Relax and smile at the camera as if it's your best friend.
Be yourself and have fun.
